Collaborative Activity: Seeing Sites

• Open three of the exemplary sites listed above.
• With a partner, discuss what you like and what you would change about each.
• Compare the look and features you see in Sites with Docs and other wiki options.
• When would you have students create a site, vs. creating a video, an online slideshow, or even a physical poster.
  

• While logged in to your Google/Gmail account, go to sites.google.com.
• Click on "Create New Site"
• Try adding some text and inserting an image or a video.
• Make some notes on your Doc about how you might choose to use a site.
